HOME GROUPS

Small groups, which we call ‘home groups’ are the heart of church life at St George’s . If you are new, we recommend joining a home group as the best way to get to know people and get involved. If you are just in the area for a short time and aren't sure whether you want to join a home group, come visit our 30-minute, weekly Revive! Study Group that meets at the church.

Home groups vary in size (anything from 6 to about 20), location (different parts of London , usually in peoples homes), and meeting time. They all aim to be a place of Christian discipleship, support and encouragement, and allow time to read the Bible and pray each time they meet, but they each have different emphases. The home groups also organise social events, weekends away, community action projects, and help in different areas of church life.

There are currently 6 home groups. More information about these groups will be posted when the new Autumn Term begins. Please come visit our site soon for more information!  Feel free to try several until you find the one that suits you best.
